Starry Night has the same problem as on Derpibooru - it’s supposed to be for the famous painting, but people misuse it. For generic concepts, see starry sky, night sky, night, stars.
To decrease the amount of mistakes, please copy the descriptions, aliases and implications of those tags from Derpibooru. The Starry Night tag should also be cleaned up from images that don’t belong.
