Technically he implication was more that she was fused with the moon. I do agree that it is reasonable to fanon she is immune to cold. Goes well with her firey sister.
Actually, even Pegasus are often fanoned as being very resistant to cold. They do push snow clouds around while unclothed after all. But that only needs to go down to “arctic” at the worst, whereas the fanon if Luna often goes down to “Pluto” (poor ex-planet…).
