You can just upload the new version, and if they are nearly identical this one can be merged into the new one so the likes and comments are retained. And if they are not nearly identical we’ll just keep both.

And yes, it is also a lot of flaws.
This image is over a year old. It is from early Stable Diffusion era, where pretty much anything somewhat coherent was deemed good.
I want to fix this image so it is more coherent. However, to edit an image on derpibooru, I need to submit a report to the moderators. And I don’t want to burden the moderators any more than they currently are.
