Anon fillys can be very strange. Also, in regards to how the man got into the body of a filly, let’s just say it was an isekai. But instead of ending up in a fantasy world, the dude ends up in Equestria in a mare’s body.

I don’t think so. She came from 4chan, so her “official author” is everybody and nobody. She’s both her own character, and you at the same time. So you could come up with your own lore.
But the universally agreed upon “facts” are:
she used to be a human man, anywhere between 17 and 50 years old.
transformed or transferred into a female earth pony (less commonly a unicorn) of either by accident or against his will, most likely by Twilight Sparkle. How he got into Equestria in the first place isn’t set in stone.
her new body is way younger, either pre-puberty or at least way under 30 human years.
she is not happy about her predicament, and may act more man-like, or claim she’s “still a man on the inside” (common theme in japanese gender bender manga hentai), retaining his speech patterns and memories.
