There have been a couple of voiced clips posted at the desuarchive source link recently. But the first time she spoke was >>65793.
I wanted to make a “When Can I See You Again” reference, in response to the Owl City. It was the credits theme to the movie Wreck-it Ralph. A movie that takes place in a video game multiverse. Therefore the characters are Artifical Intelligences.
EDIT: Having now listened to it on YouTube, I think it fits her adventurous spirit and easy competence(1) well.
(1) To not only survive, bit thrive in such diverse situations. Walking on foreign planets without an suit, neither running, hiding, or even fighting a Tyrant-King of dinosaurs, but making a friend and mount of them.

There is no need to look around. Pipette is the best we got going.
Nothing is gonna stop her now.
I guess she better be going.
She’ll never be far. We are keepong her near. Inside of our hearts. She’s here.
‘Cause what we had got is Gold.
We know, she’s gold.
In the link you provided, Pipette’s voice sounds very different compared to how she sounds in the above clip.

Also, come to think of it, I believe that’s the first time ever that Pipette had a voice. She was always silent in every other video clip.
