Where-as I think she is just doing her laundry. The mouth is the primary manipulator of non-Unicorn Ponies. She is an alchemist. She has probably has things that would be an order of magnitude more dangerous to swallow in her mouth at least once a week.
The irony is almost certainly intentional on the artist’s part of course… unless it really IS supposed to be horrific, but given the other images in the series I doubt that.
I don’t know if the BGP was expressing exasperation at the frequency of uploads, or at the wacky hijinks this pony gets into all the time.
