IMHO: Yes and No. I’ve spent less time in a gym than I should have (well on the road to diabetes and/or heart problems at this rate), but the weights look well sized for their muscles (assuming Stallion is doing high reps)… for a Human.
But if he three phenotypes have their own magics, it feels to me that Earth Ponies should have muscles that break the laws of biology with their strength-to-cross-section ratio. In other words they should be more a lower-powered Spiderman, rather than the gymnast who would do the stunt work of Spiderman in any of the movies in the last twenty years. This isn’t G5 where all the magic of the average Earth Pony is in plant growing (Hitch, being above average, also got animal-speech).
