Opposed Superman in his animated series (and probably other places). Superman couldn’t do anything against him (because: Discord level powers), but I think his whole reason for bothering to do anything was entertainment, and he didn’t enjoy the suffering of others QUITE as much as Discord, nor have his sense of humor. Because of that, or because of some sort of law of nature specific to his species, he had to set some sort of win condition after which he would go away for a certain period of time, with the final challenge being “forever”. He kept doing variations of “Make me say my own name.” in the animated series episode I saw.
In short, he existed so that Superman would have someone in his rogue’s gallery who he had to outwit, rather than fight in the traditional sense at all.

Maybe they don’t know who Mr Myxlpitzk is, so they think someone was just being lazy and posted something that was based on a very general prompt.
